RADIO SHOWS - "The Roots of Rock & Roll" with Boppin' Bobby on Tuesday night over 90.7, WTCC-FM in Springfield, MA or on the web at Bobby started at WTCC-FM in 1977 as an assistant to Pete Best on Saturday nights from 6 - 10 pm. In 1980 Pete moved to the Boston area and Bobby took over the show when it moved to Tuesday nights, where it remains to this day, from 9pm - midnight. Bobby has interviewed many of the stars from the 50s' and early 60s and many of the local stars, too. He has had numerous a cappella guests sing live on his show and has premiered more new vinyl and CDs than anyone in New England.
